Building Pathways is a non-profit organization based in Boston. Founded by the Greater Boston Building Trades Unions, we are dedicated to the recruitment, retention and advancement of under-represented groups in the union building trades, including women, people of color, and other under-served communities. Learn about a career in the trades with 200+ hours of hands-on and classroom training. Building Pathways will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to enter and succeed in a registered union apprenticeship program.
